NOTICE: Once the Earnest Money Deposit is paid to Paramount Title, LLC via EarnNest.com in connection with the above referenced real estate transaction, the Earnest Money will only be released:
(1) Pursuant to an authorization signed by both buyer and seller;
(2) Pursuant to a court order; or
(3) Upon closing of the transaction involving the Property Being Purchased in accordance with the contract between the parties.
